“KENNYOUT3”)
 
What you get
 
• You are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-
transferable license to download and use the purchased
audio files (the “Music”) for personal, non-commercial
listening only
 
• Files are DRM-free. You may make personal backup copies
 
 
 
 
What you do not get
 
• No ownership transfer. All copyrights and related rights in
the Music remain with KO3/Kenneth Schmidt/KENNYOUT3.
• No redistribution. You may not resell, re-upload, share, gift,
lend, lease, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the Music,
whether for free or for money
 
• No public use. You may not publicly perform, broadcast,
stream, or play the Music in public venues, radio, TV,
podcasts, live streams, or in-store
 
• No sync or derivatives. You may not use the Music in
videos, films, games, apps, NFTs, remixes, samples, or any
derivative work without prior written permission from KENNYOUT3
(or a separate license)
 
• No circumvention of terms. Absence of DRM does not grant
any rights beyond this License
Household scope
 
• Licensed use is limited to you and your household on your
personal devices. Uploading to any service where others
can access or download the files is prohibited
Proof & security• Files may contain non-DRM identifiers (e.g., file hashes or
inaudible watermarks) used solely to verify origin and
license compliance. These do not restrict your use
Refunds & chargebacks
 
• Because the Music is digital, all sales are final except
where required by law. Unauthorized chargebacks may be
treated as license violations
Termination
 
• Any breach automatically terminates this License. On
termination, you must stop using the Music publically. We
may pursue all remedies available at law and in equity,
including injunctive relief and damages (see 17 U.S.C. §501-
§505)
 
Enforcement & damages
• Unauthorized distribution or public use may constitute
copyright infringement. KO3 may seek statutory damages
up to the amounts allowed by law, plus attorneys’ fees and
costs

• Need public performance, sync, remix, or commercial

1. Governing law; venue
• These terms are governed by the laws. Exclusive venue and
jurisdiction: the state and federal courts located in the
United States Of America
